Niveshraai gives each SEBI-registered adviser their own white-label practice:
a branded client portal on the adviser's own domain, with AI equity research,
model portfolios, advice delivery and acknowledgement tracking, digital KYC,
and client billing. Required legal and provider disclosures remain visible.
Digital KYC, e-sign, messaging and broker integrations depend on provider setup.
The workspace owner can export a financial-year evidence pack or scoped records.
These contain captured evidence; they are not an audit report or a full account backup.

"Compliance-first" describes how the software is built — to the Research Analyst
and Investment Adviser regulations, with the record-keeping, disclosure and
advertisement-code obligations implemented in the product rather than left to
the adviser to assemble. It is a description of the software, not a claim that
using it makes an adviser compliant: the registered entity remains solely
responsible for its own advice and obligations.

An active client is someone with an active paid subscription whose paid period has not ended,
including subscriptions to paid model-portfolio plans. Each client counts once, even with multiple subscriptions.
Prospects, invitations, cancelled or expired subscriptions, and following a free portfolio alone do not count.
Larger practices request a quote. AI allowances and additional provider
charges are agreed before activation; the free trial covers platform fees.

## What Niveshraai is not

Niveshraai is a technology provider, not a financial intermediary. It is not a
SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, broker or stock exchange.
It does not produce research, give investment advice, hold client funds, or
execute trades. Every recommendation belongs to the adviser who publishes it,
goes out under that adviser's name, and any resulting order is placed by the
client in the client's own broker account after explicit confirmation.

Niveshraai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or registered with SEBI. The
software is built to the regulations its users are bound by. That is a
description of how it works, not approval, certification or endorsement of any
kind, and not a relationship with the regulator.

## Who it is for

SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RA, registration numbers beginning INH) and
Registered Investment Advisers (RIA, beginning INA) in India, from solo
practitioners to small firms. Registration is verified against the SEBI register
during onboarding; unregistered users cannot operate the product.

## Disambiguation

Niveshraai is frequently confused with similarly named but unrelated Indian
financial companies, including Niveshaay, Niveshartha and Nivesh.com. These are
separate businesses with no connection to Niveshraai. Niveshraai advises no
one; it is software that regulated advisers run their own practices on.

The name combines "nivesh" (निवेश, investment) with "raay" (राय, advice), and
also reads as RA + AI — Research Analysts and artificial intelligence.
