Terms of Service

Effective 15 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Niveshraai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Who we are

Niveshraai is operated by Lakshuka Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62090RJ2026PTC116361), registered office at E-85, Ram Nagar Ext, Sodala, Jaipur - 302019, Rajasthan, India. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms mean Lakshuka Technologies Private Limited.

Who can use it

The Service is for SEBI-registered Research Analysts and Investment Advisers and their authorised users. You confirm your registration is valid and that you are authorised to enter into these terms.

What the Service is - and is not

Niveshraai is a technology platform (a white-labeled CRM) that helps Advisors manage clients and deliver their own advice. Niveshraai is not an RA, RIA, broker, or stock exchange, does not provide investment advice, and does not execute trades. Where a client acts on advice, the order is placed by the client in their own broker account after their explicit confirmation; the Advisor never trades on the client’s behalf through us.

Advisor responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the advice you give and for your own SEBI compliance - including suitability, the Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC), fee limits, record-keeping, disclosures, and your relationship with your clients. You connect and control your own payment (Razorpay) and broker credentials.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or other tenants’ data, no reverse-engineering, and no use that violates SEBI regulations or any applicable law.

Fees

Platform fees (e.g. a share of what you charge your clients, and/or subscription fees) are as communicated to you. Third-party charges - your broker’s brokerage, payment gateway fees, KYC/e-sign costs - are governed by those providers.

Third-party services

The Service integrates providers such as Digio (KYC/e-sign), Razorpay (payments), and brokers (Angel One, Zerodha, Upstox, …). Your use of those is also subject to their terms; we’re not responsible for their acts or outages.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Nothing here is investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niveshraai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, advice given by Advisors, or third-party providers.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or legal/regulatory reasons. Your record-keeping obligations survive termination.

Governing law & contact
